About Us
In 1995, Dr B. Pottmann worked as a manager for a Dutch-based, international horticulture company.
The main areas of business are divided between the testing and analysis of soil and waters and personal cultivation and growing consultancy by Dr Pottmann.
After more than 12 years at Biohelp in Simmering, Vienna, we moved to our own laboratory facility in Leopoldsdorf, just outside of Vienna.
The lab is equipped with modern technology, ISO 9001.2015 certified, internationally active and employs more employees.
Within just a short time the customer receives the sample results via email or fax, accompanied by a practical fertiliser recommendation.
Soils, waters and substrates can be examined for gardeners, landscapers, farmers, companies, wine and fruit farms for various different parameters.
The probes come from Austria, Germany, Croatia, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and other countries.
The horticulture consultation done by Dr Pottmann, continues to be a top priority, and this occurs not just in Austria, but also in Czech Republic, Slovenia and Croatia.
Furthermore, Dr Pottmann has been lecturing on the topics of plant nutrition and environmental engineering, as well as organising educational field trips for growers. Thus far we have travelled to over 20 countries in Europe!
